Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or subscribe to the Ultimate AI Office Master service ("the service"). By subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

We set up and run an AI assistant that answers calls and texts for your business, answers common customer questions using information you give us, and books appointments into your calendar. The assistant is automated software, not a person.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your business, services, hours, and service area, kept up to date.
• Access to the calendar and phone routing needed to run the service.
• Your review of the assistant before it goes live.

Billing

• The Pro plan is $497 per month. Billing starts only after your assistant is set up and you have tested and approved it. After that it is billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• If we change the price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Call recording and your responsibilities

Calls handled by the assistant may be recorded and transcribed so that you can review them. The assistant's greeting can include a notice that the call is answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business's calls and texts, including call recording and customer contact rules.

What the assistant can and can't do

The assistant works from the information you provide. It can make mistakes, mishear a caller, or be unavailable because of a phone, internet, or software outage. It is not an emergency service and does not replace your own judgment about a job. Check your bookings and messages regularly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to mislead callers about who they are dealing with.

Ending the service

We may suspend or end the service if payment fails, if these terms are broken, or if the service is used in a way that harms others. If we end it for a reason other than those, we will refund the unused part of the current month.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, missed calls, missed appointments, or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and email active customers.
