Ultimate AI Office Master ("we", "us") provides an AI phone and text answering service for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- From business customers: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the business details you give us to set up your assistant, such as services, hours, and service area.
- From people who call or text a customer's business line: the phone number, the content of the call or text, and details the caller chooses to share, such as a name, address, and the reason for calling. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
- From visitors to this website: standard technical information that our hosting provider logs, such as IP address and browser type. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer calls and texts on behalf of our customers and book appointments.
- To pass messages, call summaries, and bookings to the business that was called.
- To set up, maintain, and improve the service.
- To bill customers and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- The business customer whose line was called or texted.
- Service providers that help us run the service, including our voice AI platform, calendar and messaging tools, email provider, website host, and Stripe for payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and messages for as long as needed to provide the service to the business customer, and delete them on request or after the customer's account closes, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Text messages
If you text a number answered by our service, you will receive replies related to your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts.
Children
The service is meant for businesses and their customers. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
